CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Fortunately, our pre-screened providers were selected based on their overall professionalism, which includes how they handle complaints. Nonetheless issues can still arise. Because most conflict stems from a breakdown in communication we are here to help bridge the gap and, when necessary, help you to resolve the outstanding issue to the best of our ability.

We ask that our members take the initial step of calling the service provider directly to let them know about the complaint. If the problem remains unresolved please provide SchoolHouse Partners with a letter explaining your complaint and desired outcome. The service provider will be asked to respond, in writing within a timely manner. Let us know if the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. If the provider agreed to your requested resolution, or supplied a counter that you find acceptable, the conflict will be considered resolved. However if the provider does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, let us know and your feedback will affect the company's status with SchoolHouse Partners.

We are more than happy to work with you within the first 12 months of the work being done and/or if it is under warranty. SchoolHouse does not offer legal counsel. Should you require legal counsel, you will have to consult with a lawyer.

For the 2011-12 school year, SHP is launching a campaign to identify specific needs within schools. Parents can use their collective buying power; whenever they fix something at home through SHP they help to fund a project within their school!

How do schools join SHP?

Enrollment is simple. Any school can be designated however, to increase the money a school earns SHP will provide a website link and logo for use on school websites in addition to quarterly flyers to be sent home. PTA/PTO involvement makes a HUGE difference! Email us and we can get the ball rolling!
